BOSTON LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (BOS) is New England’s largest transportation center and is a city within a city on a 1,700 acre footprint of land located three miles northeast of downtown Boston, Boston Logan International Airport is home to more than 40 airlines that fly nonstop to more than 100 domestic and international destinations.

Boston Logan’s public service representatives and ground transportation agents are available to assist customers in every terminal. Public information booths are located in the lower level baggage claim areas of A, B, C and E. Booths are generally staffed from 7:00 a.m. – 11:45 p.m. (times may vary).

GETTING FROM THE AIRPORT TO DOWNTOWN / THE WESTIN COPLEY PLACE
The Westin Copley Place is located about 5 miles from the airport.

SHUTTLE

TAXI
Taxi stands are located outside each terminal at Boston Logan International Airport. Average fare to downtown Boston is approximately $25-35 and the ride is approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic conditions and your destination. SUBWAY (known in Boston as “The T”)
Thousands of residents and visitors use the extensive MBTA system of trains and buses to get in and around Boston. Over 300,000 people commute into Boston daily for work. Public transportation via bus, subway, and commuter train serves as a vital link between Downtown and surrounding neighborhoods and the greater Metro-Boston area.

The MBTA offers Blue Line Subway services and Silver Line Bus Rapid Transit service to and from Downtown Boston. The MBTA is the most economical and environmentally friendly way to get to and from Logan.

DIRECTIONS FROM LOGAN AIRPORT TO THE WESTIN COPLEY PLACE VIA SUBWAY:

The airport shuttle bus stop is located outside of baggage claim.
Take the airport shuttle bus to the train/subway station, known as “The T”.
Take the Blue Line Subway to Government Center.
Go up one flight of stairs.
Take the Green Line/Outbound Subway.
Get off at Copley Place.
The hotel is located one block up, across from the Boston Public Library.
