Submit Your MT-23 Abstract Here

The MT-23 is an international forum for all aspects of magnet technology. The program will consist of plenary sessions, focused and special sessions, and oral and poster presentations, integrated with a technical trade exhibition.  Authors are requested to submit abstracts and papers addressing all aspects of magnet technology research and development including permanent, resistive, superconducting, and hybrid magnets.

Please make note of the following:

  • Only abstracts submitted via the MT-23 abstract submission system will be considered.
  • Late submissions will only be accepted at the discretion of the appropriate conference program chairman.
  • Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee. All abstracts must be about magnet technology, must be written in the English language, must contain enough information to permit placement of the presentation into the program, and must make logical arguments based on scientific or engineering methods. The Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to reject abstracts that do not conform to these guidelines.
  • Presentations are either oral or poster. The Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to change the type of presentation from that preferred by the author to accommodate limitations on meeting space and other constraints.
  • Length restrictions include spaces and are as follows:

    • Title and Abstract Content/Body: 3000 characters
    • Acknowledgment: 300 characters
  • Authors can type or paste text content directly using forms developed for this purpose at the submission site. The option to use ¬†some special symbols will be provided.
  • If symbols outside the submission site capability are used, please substitute the symbols with plain text. For example, write out “mu” for the Greek letter mu.
  • Authors are responsible for the accuracy of any submitted information.
  • A confirmation step will permit authors to verify all content and give final approval. Only completed and approved submissions will be reviewed for technical program consideration.
  • Abstracts may be edited prior to the deadline using the abstract submission site¬†unless the submission has been reviewed by the scientific program committee already. ¬†If your abstract has already been reviewed but you would like to make changes, please contact Centennial Conferences by email.¬†
  • Notice of acceptance for inclusion in the MT-23 Program will be sent electronically to the Submitting Author by February 28, 2013.
